* 7th NOVEMBER – 7pm at the WAR MEMORIAL HALL *
The last of the four defibrillators, purchased by the Parish Council with the help of a grant from Forest of Dean District Council, has now been installed in the old telephone kiosk in Woodcroft. The kiosk was purchased by the Parish Council some while ago and in July BT removed the telephone equipment and the defibrillator was installed.
The other three defibrillators are located at Tidenham War Memorial Hall, outside of the Chemist in Sedbury and on the bus shelter at Beachley. All are very easy to use with clear, audible instructions.
Following requests from members of the public, the South West Ambulance Service NHS Trust have agreed to provide a further training and awareness session on the use of the defibrillators.
This will take place at the Tidenham War Memorial Hall on Wednesday 7th November at 7pm.
The session will be very informative with some ‘hands on’ experience if you wish!
*Please make a note of the date in your diary – the session is open to everybody in the Parish wherever you live*
