Temporary closure of Wye Bridge and roads in and around St. Ann Street Chepstow 16th September to 25th October.
Wales and West Utilities have a project that is starting on September the 9th in Chepstow that you will need to be aware of as it affects the Wye Bridge on Bridge Street in Chepstow and there is a local diversion planned.
* Phase 1A and Phase 1B of the TM plan attached are being implemented on
16th of September (simultaneously)
* Phase 2 will be implemented on completion of phase one approximately
for a completion date 25th of October -(The implementation of phase 2 will be dependent on how quickly the works are completed in the primary phase)
* During Phase 1a and 1b Wye bridge will be open for light traffic
leaving Chepstow, there is a TTRO in place for one way traffic.
* During phase 2 Wye Bridge will be closed in both directions but St Mary street and the one way system in Chepstow will be will be back in operation.
Wales and West Utilities plan to hold a drop in centre (Information Day) for the project, in The Drill Hall, Chepstow.
